Just a quick one

So if your like me then you love nothing more then getting your nails done, but when it comes down to picking the colour I usually take quite a long time because making that decision feels like life or death.

Once it’s on and you leave the shop there is no going back, because like me I’ll make the brave decision to repaint them and then it just ends up as one big mess. But thank goodness for chinaGlaze there colours have not yet disappointed me. So here is my favourite for this summer don’t worry ladies I’ll try them out first so you don’t have to.

We need to treat ourselves to something naughty and while in Europe it would be rude not to. So my newest fragrance was from Hermes it honestly smells amazing and lasts hours. Ill let you know what it’s called in my next post.

Perfect weather for a tan

in heijen and the weather is blazing at mid day, it the effect weather for a tan and some ice cold drinks. what iv seen of holland so far is nothing but beautiful country sides and people on bikes, its defiantly shocked me and i will be coming back again.

Progress report

So after 3 weeks at the gym training to get my body fat percentage down and today was my second body pinch test. Iv lost 2% and really that’s good but some how not good enough 2 more to go. (Once you start you can’t stop)
